MAXIMIZING PROFIT AND EFFICIENCY WITH DIGITAL WORKFLOW 

COURSE OVERVIEW

This course will focus on establishing  surgical and restorative workflows to allow for maximum efficiency and profitability.  Combination surgical procedures such as anterior and posterior immediate  implant placement, simultaneous sinus elevation and implant placement, and full arch implant therapy will be reviewed.  The leveraging of technology and utilization of staff to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability will also be reviewed.
