Shane Shuttlesworth

President

Shane Shuttlesworth

Shane Shuttlesworth was named president in October 2007. Prior to this position, Shuttlesworth had been director of marketing & operations. Prior to assuming that position, Shuttlesworth served several management positions in regulatory affairs, quality assurance and production. His current responsibilities include overseeing operations, marketing/sales, international business development, quality assurance and regulatory affairs. He originally joined Osteogenics Biomedical in 2001 as production manager.

A native of Lubbock, TX, Shuttlesworth graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in biology from Lubbock Christian University in 2001, received an MBA in general business and an advanced certificate in health organization management from Texas Tech University in 2003, and received a masters of science in regulatory affairs and services from St. Cloud State University in 2015.

Shuttlesworth currently serves on Lubbock Christian University’s Young Alumni Advisory Board. Outside interests include basketball, football, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Brandon Bartee

Director of Corporate Policy and General Counsel

Brandon Bartee

Brandon Bartee joined Osteogenics in May 2015 as Director of Corporate Policy and General Counsel. In this role, Brandon oversees legal affairs, risk management, finance, and human resources.

Brandon was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2006 with a bachelor of arts in financial management. He received his juris doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2010. He studied venture capital, private equity, and entrepreneurial transactions at Duke University School of Law where he received his masters of law in 2011.

Prior to joining Osteogenics, Brandon practiced law in Dallas, Texas where he represented clients in a variety of transactions related to corporate finance, M&A, capital markets, and commercial real estate.

Brandon enjoys spending time with his daughter, traveling, going to rock concerts, and playing golf.

Lee Lisemby

Director of Operations

Lee Lisemby

Lee Lisemby joined Osteogenics Biomedical in January 2013. His responsibilities include directing production, inventory management, six sigma and lean initiatives, as well as assisting with management of the quality system.

Lisemby graduated from Regent University in 2008 with a bachelor of science degree in global business. He is currently working towards an MBA in general business from Texas Tech University.

Lisemby served in the U.S. Navy from 2001 to 2009 where he served two tours in the Persian Gulf onboard the USS Abraham Lincoln and the USS John C. Stennis. During this time, he earned his Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and helped reduce cost, increase efficiency, and improve quality within the naval aviation community.

Following honorable discharge from the Navy, Lee worked for two years as a quality engineer and quality manager at the Johnson Space Center on the spacesuit development team for NASA’s Constellation Program. Lee most recently worked for X-Fab in Lubbock, TX where he directed the company’s lean manufacturing program.

Lee’s outside interests include playing golf, participating in various outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Courtney Riggan

Director of Engineering

Courtney Riggan

Courtney Riggan was named director of engineering in July 2016 after serving as senior engineering manager for two and a half years and quality engineer for 3 years prior to that. Her current responsibilities include overseeing design & development, risk management, complaint management, and some regulatory submissions.

Born and raised in Lubbock, TX, Riggan graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a bachelor of science degree in biomedical engineering and received an M.S. in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University in 2010.

Riggan enjoys traveling, playing Frisbee golf, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Russ Rowan

Director of Marketing

Russ Rowan

Russ Rowan was named director of marketing in July 2012 after serving as a senior marketing manager for three years. His current responsibilities include overseeing domestic and foreign marketing activities as well as supporting Osteogenics’ growing distribution network.

Born in Lubbock, TX, Rowan graduated from Texas Tech University in 2002 with a bachelor of science degree in business administration and received an MBA in general business from Texas Tech University in 2015.


Prior to joining Osteogenics Biomedical in February 2009, Rowan worked in the insurance industry for seven years. During this time, he held several different marketing and sales management positions of increasing responsibility.

Rowan enjoys spending his spare time with his family. He also enjoys playing golf.
